Fill out our survey: Upskilling for Canada’s Climate Transition

Since summer 2022, ASI and the Resilience by Design Lab, in partnership with the Future Skills Centre have been conducting the Upskilling for Canada’s Climate Transition research project. We have now wrapped up our initial literature review and completed our exploratory interviews. We have captured important insights from professionals from diverse backgrounds and industry sectors in Canada. Now, we will begin testing our initial findings through a survey, and we’d love your input!

Throughout the next few weeks, we invite you and your colleagues from diverse Canadian employment sectors and academic institutions to complete our survey by May 28, 2023. By completing the survey, you can enter an optional draw to win one of three Visa Gift Cards valued at CAD $500 each.

We hope these research results can support the development of a national strategy for rapid upskilling for climate action workforce development, one that offers inclusive, financially and temporally accessible opportunities for Canada to transition toward a low-carbon, socially economic future.

Click to fill out the survey before May 28, 2023.

The modern workforce is driven by values; here’s how you can embrace it

“Gone are the days when people worked the same job until the day they retired; the modern workforce values dynamism over loyalty, variety over routine, and places the meaning of their work above or on par with salary and benefits”.

Explore how the current workforce chooses to invest their time in careers that connect with their personal values and motivates professionals to look for organizations where they can make a difference.

Introduction to Transition Leadership
