Collaborative Leadership for Climate Action

Offered in partnership with Royal Roads University, this course focuses on the significance of collaboration in addressing climate change issues.

Envisioning a sustainable future means considering who benefits and who is excluded from the transition. Outdated leadership models often prioritize the perspectives of the privileged few, whereas collaborative leadership prioritizes engaging with those most impacted by climate change.

Take this course on it’s own or as an elective toward the Climate Adaptation Fundamentals Micro-credential or a Professional Certificate in Management & Leadership.
