Offered to Chambers of Commerce, Business Improvement Associations (BIAs), and Boards of Trade.

Climate Resilience for SMEs

Climate Resilience for SMEs is a program designed for Chambers of Commerce, Business Improvement Associations (BIAs), and Boards of Trade that want to support the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in their networks. ASI works directly with your organization to develop a customized eLearning course and deliver an in-person workshop that you can offer as a value-added service to your members.

The goal is to help local business owners gain a clearer understanding of climate-related risks and opportunities that could affect their business.

  • Customized eLearning Course: On-demand content to help SMEs build a foundational understanding of climate risks and opportunities, featuring case studies tailored to your specific region.
  • In-Person Workshop: Local, interactive sessions to deepen learning and help business owners create actionable plans for climate resilience.

  • How climate change is affecting SMEs—both globally and locally.
  • Key risks to your business, from extreme weather to supply chain disruptions.
  • Strategies to adapt and build resilience, reducing operational and financial risks.

How to Get Involved

If you represent a Chamber of Commerce, Business Improvement Association, or Board of Trade and want to offer this program to businesses in your network please contact us for availability. 

All of our current spots are filled, but we’re working with funders to try and offer more subsidized spots for partners later in 2025.
