A network for sustainability professionals in Canada.
We can’t lead climate action alone. Join this peer network to build our capacity to lead change, together.
The Members Network is for Canadian sustainability professionals who want to be part of a community of practitioners working to accelerate climate action within their organizations.
We’ll be talking about how to:
Foster collaboration across sectors and career stages
Share resources and opportunities among peers
Enhance sustainability leadership-focused skill sets
Learn promising practices for enacting sustainable change
Build community around climate action
The transition to a sustainable future isn’t just about technological solutions; it’s also about the people behind it.
ASI’s Members Network was born to support those wishing to steward climate action within their organizations. A place for peer-to-peer connection to talk candidly about shifting organizational dynamics and adopting leadership models that support the transition to a sustainable future. Because let’s face it, outdated leadership models have built systems that no longer serve us or the planet.
The Members Network is for individuals working on sustainability and climate action-related projects, challenges, and solutions in any industry or sector.
Organizations are welcome to become sponsors of the network. Sponsorship offers brand visibility, thought leadership opportunities, and a set of membership seats for your employees.

Sustainability professionals hold some of the most challenging roles trying to steer their organizations toward a climate-positive future. Our work is undeniably tough, often leaving us feeling isolated, lonely, and burnt out with few spaces to go to discuss the difficulties we face both in our professional and personal lives.
Our network aims to be a supportive and generative space for collective learning, sharing, and development to help you work through Transition Leadership challenges with peers who get it.
ASI’s Members Network is based on our model of six Transition Leadership competencies.
This network will hone in on your transferable, non-technical skills (aka soft skills) to lead a just and inclusive transition. We will not be talking about standards, protocols, physical infrastructure, etc. but are happy to put you in touch with other networks that fill that need.

Indeed, building community around solutions is the most important thing.”
