Gord Lambert

Gordon Lambert is a pioneering sustainable business executive who lead Suncor Energy’s sustainability strategy, innovation and embedding efforts for 17 years. A central player in the creation of Canada’s Oil Sands Innovation Alliance (COSIA), he was appointed by the Premier of Alberta to the Alberta Climate Leadership Plan expert panel and Chaired the Alberta Climate Leadership Technology and Innovation Task Force. Gordon is a member of the Board of the Alberta Energy Regulator (AER), Alberta Innovates and Canadian Business for Social Responsibility (CBSR). He serves on the Export Development Canada CSR advisory council and as the Energy and Sustainability Executive in Residence at the Ivey Business School.
