Monica Da Ponte is the founder of Shift & Build, a boutique consultancy focused on helping to advance social change. With 15+ years of progressive management experience in the profit and nonprofit sectors, Monica creates systems change solutions, spearheads strategic planning, designs award-winning sustainability programs and creates shared value through partnerships. She holds a Masters and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business, specializing in sustainability and marketing.
