A call to action to celebrate those who’ve shaped our leadership journeys and to pay it forward to help others lead on climate action.

At the Academy for Sustainable Innovation, we believe great leadership isn’t achieved alone. It’s shaped by those who came before us (mentors, friends, colleagues) and it’s sustained when we lead it forward.

Lead it Forward is ASI’s invitation to celebrate the people who have shaped our leadership journeys and to pay it forward by passing on knowledge, support, and opportunities that empower leaders to advance climate action.

Because when one person leads it forward, it opens the door for many more to follow.

Our Goal

To create a ripple effect of positive change by recognizing the power of leadership to protect the planet, strengthen community, and uplift one another.
