Helping Canadians see themselves as climate leaders
For organizations, events, and conferences
ASI hosts interactive workshops for businesses, community organizations, conferences, and events. We design engaging experiences that help people connect the dots on how they can lead climate action both personally and professionally.
Our goal is to spark “aha” moments that open up new possibilities and help people and organizations imagine a world where sustainability is at the heart of all decision-making.
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll use LEGO® to build and share your vision of climate leadership as it relates to systems.
As you create, you’ll uncover your unique leadership strengths and leave with fresh ideas on how to lead change.
Change doesn’t happen all at once. Old systems begin to decline while new ideas start to take root. In this workshop, we explore the Two Loops of Systems Change model from the Berkana Institute, which helps explain how systems rise, fall, and transform.
This workshop will help you map your leadership strengths and where you’re ready to shine (and grow) within ASI’s six Transition Leadership competencies.
Transition Leadership is a set of skills that help you navigate complexity and create value that’s good for people, good for business, and good for the planet.
This workshop helps people understand different viewpoints on a challenge and work together to create a clear picture or model of where things are now and where they want to go in terms of sustainability. Whether it’s for a company, community, or project, participants will explore opportunities, identify obstacles, and find common ground. This shared understanding sets the stage for real change.
Thinking outside the box isn’t always easy, but this workshop makes it fun. Through a series of playful and interactive brainstorming activities, participants tap into their creative side. By the end, they’ll walk away with new techniques for coming up with fresh ideas they can use in both their personal and professional lives.
This workshop helps participants understand the benefits of using an equity-centered design approach at work. Participants learn about the key ideas, methods, and practical applications that can boost empathy, inclusivity, and innovation in their organizations.
